Zob glass products are very unique and are all hand made. Each piece gets a unique, hand-selected label. The labels that we have in stock are always changing, so we can not promise you the shape, color, or style of it.
Hassle-Free Returns Policy
We love our customers! We want you to be happy and therefore offer a world-class hassle-free returns policy. However, please refrain from using the product if you want to maintain the option of processing a return or exchange. We cannot process returns or exchanges on used products.
As long as the Zob Glass product you've purchased is unused, we will gladly accept it back with no restocking fee. Whether you want a full refund, store credit, or exchange the product for another, we are here to help. However, returns should be initiated within 30 days of receiving the piece.
We carefully inspect and wrap every piece. If you receive the wrong item or a defective piece, please notify us as soon as possible by phone.
Refunds are processed as soon as the product is returned to our warehouse. This will be followed by a confirmation email to you. Please allow your bank 2-3 days to process the credit.
Most of our orders are shipped within 3-5 business days, however, due to the high demand of Zob Glass, some items may not be available for immediate shipping. If your product is not currently available, it will be shipped directly from our manufacturing facility as soon as it is made - generally within 5-10 business days.
Please keep in mind that these products are all hand made and are all individually cared for by our team which could account for slight delays, but always result in a happy customer.
We ship our Zob glass products VIA FedEx Express (Air) or FedEx Home Delivery (ground) and USPS where appropriate. All shipments will require a signature at delivery. Please contact your local FedEx office with questions or delivery options.
We have partnered with Route to offer subsidized shipping insurance on all packages. For the small price of 2% of your cart value, your packages will be protected against being lost, stolen, or damaged during shipment. This insurance is optional but highly recommended so that we may be able to resolve your issue(s) as quickly as possible. FedEx Ground® Service Maps
FedEx Ground business days are Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). FedEx Home Delivery business days are Tuesday through Saturday (excluding holidays).
Example: A package shipped via FedEx Ground on Monday with a transit schedule of 2 business days, (not including the day the package is shipped) would be expected for delivery on Wednesday. A package shipped on Friday with a 2-day transit schedule would be expected for delivery the following Tuesday.
